Our Delivery Policies

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are: Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm / Friday 9am-1pm ET.
We are closed all weekends and holidays, including Jewish holidays.

When is Delivery Available

Delivery is only available Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping perishable products means we do not ship/deliver orders on Saturday or Sunday.
If Monday is a holiday then the earliest delivery date is Wednesday (for products requiring 1 business day advance notice).

Cutoff time for orders is 11:00 am ET.
Orders placed after 11:00 am ET or outside of our hours of operation will be considered received on the next business day.
Orders received over the weekend will be considered received on the next business day.

No same day delivery or pickup is available.
We cannot guarantee delivery on any specific day or time.

Ordering How-To’s

Please take the following considerations into account when placing your order:

Cookies & Cookiegrams Orders
Require a minimum of 1 business day advance notice before 11:00 am ET.
For example, a cookie or cookiegram order placed on a Tuesday before 11:00 am would be delivered no earlier than Wednesday, if the order is placed after 11:00 am, it would be delivered no earlier than Thursday.

Cake, Cupcake & Pie Orders
Require a minimum of 2 business days advance notice before 11:00 am ET.
For example, a cake, cupcake or pie order placed on a Wednesday before 11:00 am would be delivered no earlier than Friday, if the order is placed after 11:00 am, it would be delivered no earlier than Monday.

Local Delivery Area
Cakes, cupcake & pie orders are ONLY available for local delivery in the following cities within the Greater Toronto Area (our Local Delivery Area):

Aurora / Brampton / Etobicoke / Markham / Mississauga / North York / Richmond Hill / Scarborough / Toronto / Vaughan / Woodbridge

Our Specific Delivery Policies

Cookiegrams cannot guarantee delivery on any specific day or time.

Cookiegrams is not responsible if your order does not arrive on the specified date or time as delivery times and dates are out of our control.

Without exception, no refunds or credits will be issued due to delivery issues.

Cookiegrams takes every precaution in packaging our delicious gifts, however sometimes during shipping some breakage occurs. We are not responsible for breakage or damage for any reasons.

Cookiegrams is not responsible for lost or undeliverable orders or delivery delays to to causes beyond our control such as but not limited to: incorrect or incomplete addresses / adverse weather conditions / traffic delays / business closures / strikes / courier delivery issues / or recipient and/or their representatives' refusal of the package which includes Condominium Concierge, Security and/or Reception Desk Staff.

For residential deliveries, unless otherwise specified in writing, if a recipient or their representative is not available to receive the package when delivered by courier, the package will be left at the front door of the residence. In all such cases, Cookiegrams is not responsible in the event that the package is stolen or destroyed.

Should a UPS courier determine at their sole discretion that there is no safe place to leave a package at the door, they will not leave the package. The couriers, at their sole discretion, may leave the package at a local retail location for pick-up by recipient or set up a re-delivery on the next business day. The drivers will leave a UPS Info-Notice that lists important information, such as when the driver will try to redeliver or if your shipment has been taken to a UPS Access Point™. You will be able to track your delivery details with the UPS tracking number provided to you via email when your package has been picked up from our bake shops.

Refund Policy

No refunds or credits will be issued due to delivery issues, without exception, as delivery is out of our control.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled a minimum of 5 business days prior to delivery date.
All orders canceled incur a 15% cancellation fee.
