All local/same day GTA (Greater Toronto Area) deliveries must be received by 10:00AM EST to be processed on the same day and delivered. LOCAL DELIVERY AREA INCLUDES: TORONTO, NORTH YORK, SCARBOROUGH, ETOBICOKE, VAUGHAN, WOODBRIDGE, RICHMOND HILL, AURORA,  MARKHAM, MISSISSAUGA AND BRAMPTON. 

Out of town, Next Business Day (UPS & Local Courier) outside of the GTA and in GTA orders must be received by 11AM EST at least one business day (Monday to Friday) prior to the delivery date. An overnight / Next Business Day delivery received over the weekend will not be sent out until Monday night for a Tuesday delivery. Cookies are generally delivered weekdays between 9AM and 7PM (9AM-5PM for business deliveries), however we can not guarantee time of delivery.  Couriers do not call recipients for any reason. Cookiegrams reserves the right to change courier companies and/or delivery persons at it's sole discretion. 

REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY TO THURSDAY 9AM TO 4PM AND FRIDAY 9AM TO 1PM. WE ARE CLOSED ALL WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS (INCLUDING JEWISH HOLIDAYS). COOKIEGRAMS CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC DAY OR TIME OF DELIVERY. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF THE PAKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE ON THE DATE OR TIME SCHEDULED, COOKIEGRAMS IS NOT LIABLE AS DELIVERY TIMES AND DATES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR DISCOUTS DUE TO DELIVERY TIMES OR DATES, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Please note that shipping costs are based on weight, size and destination. If your recipient is in a very rural or remote area, shipping rates may be more than quoted and may take longer to deliver. We will contact you with appropriate shipping rates should this situation arise.

For deliveries in the Unites States, UPS "Standard" delivery will generally deliver within 3 -7 Business days with no guaranteed delivery date. UPS "Expedited" generally delivers within 2-3 business days. UPS "Express" generally delivers within 1-2 business days.  All other UPS shipping options are self explanatory.   Please feel free to contact Cookiegrams.com should you have any further questions.

* Fresh products are fragile and are therefore more likely to become damaged. For this reason be aware of the fact that economy/standard shipping is not recommended and is used at your own risk. Cookiegrams takes every precaution in packaging our Delicious Gifts however, sometimes during shipping some breakage occurs. We are not responsible for breakage for any reasons.

* Cookiegrams.com is not responsible for lost or undeliverables orders or delivery delays due to causes beyond our control such as but not limited to: wrong / incomplete address, adverse weather, business closure, courier delivery issues, or recipient and/or their representative's (including Condominium Concierge / Security & reception desk staff) refusal of package.

*For a residential delivery, Unless specified otherwise in writing, should a recipient or or their representative not be available to receive the package upon delivery attempt by courier, it will be left at the front door. Cookiegrams shall not be held responsible in the event that a package is stolen or destroyed after being left in a safe place at a front door. Should you wish that your package not be left at the door please contact us and we will arrange for a signature only delivery or a window of time delivery if available in your recipients area for an additional fee.

*Should a UPS courier determine at their sole discretion that there is no safe place to leave a package at the door, they will not leave the package. The couriers, at their sole discretion, may leave the package at a local retail location for pick up by recipient or set up a re-delivery on the next business day. The drivers will leave a UPS Info-Notice that lists important information, such as when the driver will try to redeliver or if your shipment has been taken to a UPS Access Point™. You will be able to track your delivery details with the UPS tracking number provided to you via email when your package has been picked up from our bake shops.

Orders may only be cancelled 5 business days or more prior to shipping date. All cancellations will incur a 15% Cancellation fee.
